Refund policy
Massey Beauty is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services to our valued customers. If you wish to exchange the purchased product, we kindly ask that you carefully review our exchange policy outlined below.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly facilitate an exchange under the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be returned in its original condition as it was sold to you.
- The seal or cellophane wrap must remain intact.
- The invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
For Courier Customers:
- We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel upon receipt. In the event that the goods are damaged during transit, you must contact us via email at masseybeautystore@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving the items. If the product is found to be damaged or defective upon inspection, we will authorize a replacement.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns should be properly packaged to ensure they are protected during return transit.
- We will not accept any perfumes for exchange that have been received in a damaged condition.
- The customer is responsible for all courier charges associated with the return and exchange.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany the product being returned for exchange.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the above procedures are not followed.
- Massey Beauty does not guarantee the condition of products once they have been delivered by the courier, and we will not be held liable for any damage incurred thereafter.
- Massey Beauty reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the stated conditions are not met, and we will exercise discretion in approving exchanges.
