How to Use Yoni Steaming Herbs
1. Boil water in a pot and add a handful of your herb blend.
2. Let steep for 5–10 minutes (turn off heat).
3. Pour into a steam-safe bowl or yoni steam seat.
4. Remove clothing from waist down, wrap a towel around your waist to trap the steam.
5. Sit or squat over the steam for 15–30 minutes.
6. Relax, breathe deeply, and stay warm.
Best done before your period or after it ends—not during. 1–2 times a month is common.
